I’ve done 75 hard twice now. It’s changed my life, and how I look at challenges. Here’s what the program consists of:

  • Follow a diet.
  • No alcohol or cheat meals.
  • Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outdoors.
  • Take a progress picture.
  • Drink 1 gallon of water. (hardest)
  • Read 10 pages of a book

What it taught me (mentally):

  • I have more time than I thought.
  • I wasn’t really “trying” on a daily basis.
  • I made compromises when working out. (”7 reps is enough”).
  • Even when I felt like I didn’t want to do things, I was still able to do them.
  • I understood my limits and realized I haven't come close to reaching them.

What I got (physically):

  • Best shape of my life.
  • More energy.
  • More strength.
  • More confidence.
