Build your life dashboard
I once read an article from Peter Drucker that said, “What gets measured gets improved.”
I felt like I was improving, but I had no system to track things. So I built a dashboard for my life with key objectives I was trying to improve. I wanted to improve my:
- Sleep
- Weight
- Gym PRs
- Credit score
- Checking account balance
The results… well they improved.
